Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using AssignRight, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you use AssignRight on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
Use of AssignRight
AssignRight provides software for task delegation, recurring tasks, checklist management, team assignments, and operational workflows. You may use the service only in accordance with these terms and applicable laws.
Accounts and workspace ownership
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting your credentials. Workspace owners and administrators control membership, roles, permissions, billing choices, and workspace content for their organization.
User responsibilities
You are responsible for the content, tasks, checklist items, comments, assignments, and other information you add to AssignRight. You must ensure you have the rights and permissions needed to upload or process that information.
Prohibited use
You may not misuse AssignRight, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, upload malicious code, violate laws, or use AssignRight to infringe the rights of others.
Subscription billing
Paid plans are billed according to the plan, billing interval, and pricing shown during signup or checkout. Billing is processed through Stripe. Subscription fees may be recurring unless canceled according to the applicable billing workflow.
Free plan limitations
AssignRight may offer free plans or trials with usage limits, feature limits, workspace limits, or other restrictions. We may modify or discontinue free plan features as the service evolves.
Intellectual property
AssignRight and its software, design, branding, and documentation are owned by AssignRight or its licensors. You retain ownership of the workspace content you submit, subject to the rights needed for AssignRight to provide the service.
Availability and changes to service
We aim to provide a reliable service, but AssignRight may be updated, modified, suspended, or interrupted from time to time for maintenance, security, infrastructure, product, or business reasons.
Disclaimer of warranties
AssignRight is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, AssignRight disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, AssignRight will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using AssignRight at any time. AssignRight may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or other users, fail to pay applicable fees, or if required by law.
