AssignRight collects information needed to provide task delegation, recurring task, checklist, team assignment, and operational workflow features. This can include information you provide directly, information generated through your use of the service, and limited technical information from your browser or device.

When you create or manage an account, we may collect your name, email address, password credentials, role, workspace membership, and related account settings.

AssignRight stores workspace information such as organization names, team names, user roles, invitations, assigned members, permissions, and operational settings that help teams coordinate work.

We collect the task, checklist, recurrence, completion, comment, status, due date, assignee, and activity information that users create or update inside the product. This data is used to operate the service and provide reporting, accountability, and workflow history.

Paid subscriptions and billing workflows are handled through Stripe. AssignRight may receive limited billing-related details such as plan, subscription status, customer identifiers, invoices, and payment status. Full payment card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by AssignRight.

We use essential cookies and similar technologies to support site functionality, authentication, security, and preference storage. If enabled, analytics cookies may help us understand aggregate usage patterns so we can improve the product and marketing site.

We use information to provide and secure AssignRight, administer accounts and workspaces, process subscriptions, deliver support, improve product quality, troubleshoot issues, communicate service updates, and comply with legal obligations.

AssignRight uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, so users should maintain strong credentials and limit workspace access to appropriate team members.

You may update certain account and workspace information in the product, manage cookie preferences where available, request support, or contact us about privacy questions. Workspace owners and administrators may control access for members of their organization.
